The boat ramp beside the Ballina Yacht Club, located next to the Ballina Waterslides and Ballina Memorial Swimming Pool in Ballina, is a well-used public facility offering convenient access to the water.
It features a solid single-lane concrete ramp, with sandy beach areas on either side, creating a simple and functional launch point straight into the Richmond River. Access is available at all times, making it a flexible option for boaters throughout the day.
Parking is somewhat limited, so arriving early is recommended, although there are a few good trailer parking spots available. On the western side of the ramp, you’ll also find a practical fish cleaning station, adding convenience after a day on the water.
Basic facilities are provided, including litter bins and lighting, helping keep the area tidy and usable for all visitors.
