The Bert Dix Park Boat Ramp, set within the Bert Dix Memorial Park in Paringa, is the only formal concrete ramp available in town. For those wanting to explore further, the Lock 5 Loop Trail can be accessed from the park. The trail leads down to Lock 5 before looping back towards Renmark, offering a great way to combine boating or a riverside stay with some light walking.
