The Goolwa Street Boat Ramp, tucked away in Renmark North, offers direct access into Bulyong Creek and connects easily to the Murray River. This single-lane concrete ramp is well-graded, in good condition, and slopes gently down to the water, making it a reliable launch point, especially for locals in the surrounding rural area.
While the ramp itself is straightforward and functional, there’s no jetty or pontoon, so space for tying up and loading or unloading passengers and gear is limited. The parking area is unsealed and unmarked, with room for about five vehicles. On busy days (particularly during special events), parking can spill over onto roadside areas or nearby vegetation, but it generally meets day-to-day needs.
The surrounding area is popular for camping, with plenty of spots along the river, and a 4WD is recommended for easier access.
