The Grants Lagoon Boat Ramp is tucked just off Gardens Road at Binalong Bay and offers access to the calm, clear waters of Grants Lagoon. The ramp itself is a single-lane concrete launch with gravel access; simple and functional, though not ideal for all weather or tide conditions.
It’s best suited for trailerable boats, personal watercraft (PWCs), and watersports vessels, but keep in mind that launching here often feels more like a beach launch, as sand tends to drift over the ramp.
The surrounding lagoon is a real highlight. Known for its shallow, warm, and emerald-colored waters, it’s an inviting spot for both swimming and fishing. Visitors often set up under the shade of nearby trees, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere just steps from the water. While the area is quieter than some of the more crowded spots around Binalong Bay, it still offers a memorable experience in a natural setting.
There are no facilities directly at the ramp, but there’s ample space for parking and setting up your boat. Just a short distance away is a campground with toilets, and plenty of room for all types of setups; including larger rigs. The site is dog-friendly and well-liked by those looking for a relaxed spot to enjoy nature.
