The surrounding car park and access roads have also been improved, making it a breeze for 2WD vehicles to get boats into the Toolondo Reservoir. With plenty of parking and a spacious rigging area, getting your boat in and out of the water is hassle-free.

Fishing is a big draw here; aside from trout, anglers can try their luck at yabbying and fly fishing. If you don’t have a boat, no worries. You can still cast a line from the shore. Not into fishing? The lake is also perfect for swimming and water sports, so there’s no shortage of ways to enjoy your time on the water.

While there aren’t any direct amenities at the boat ramp, you’ll find toilets, campgrounds, and caravan parks nearby for a comfortable stay.
