The Lulworth Boat Ramp, located on Henry Street in Lulworth, George Town, is a single-lane concrete ramp that extends directly onto the beach. While it provides convenient access to the water, it is exposed to northerly winds and can be limited at low tide, so timing your launch is important. There is, however, plenty of room nearby for car and trailer parking.
Lulworth Beach itself is a quiet and picturesque spot, often uncrowded and perfect for those seeking a peaceful day by the water. At night, the clear skies make for stunning stargazing. A few metres from the ramp, right on Esplanade, Beach Street, visitors will find a well-suited area for a day out, complete with a small playground, public toilets, a BBQ station, and, of course, the beach nearby.
