Onslow Boat Ramp

The Onslow Boat Ramp, located within the Beadon Creek Maritime Facility in the coastal Pilbara town of Onslow, offers a well-equipped launching point for both locals and visitors. It features a dual-lane boat ramp with all-tide access, plus a floating jetty boasting over 40 metres of berthing space on each side. Launching here takes you straight into the sheltered waters of Beadon Creek.

This busy facility caters to a mix of users, from recreational anglers and charter operators to the resources sector. With the expansion of oil and gas projects in the area, it has also become an important supply base for offshore operations.

Convenient amenities make boating here hassle-free, with a public car and trailer park next to the ramp, complete with solar lighting for added safety. A fish cleaning table is located nearby for those returning with a fresh catch.

The maritime facility also includes eight pile mooring pens, a service wharf, and a fuelling station. The 50-metre service wharf is well set up with single and three-phase power, fresh water, and fuel facilities.

Visitors are reminded to stay up to date with any operational changes and to observe safety notices. Skippers should take extra care when navigating the harbour and ensure they’re aware of current conditions.
