Tucked away at the end
of Landing Road in Broadwater Park, right next to Broadwater Oysters, the
Pambula River Boat Ramp is a well-designed, two-lane grooved concrete ramp with
a pontoon, making boat launching a breeze. This spot provides easy access to the
Pambula River, with plenty of room for larger boats heading out to the lake or
ocean for a day of boating, in-shore, or off-shore fishing.
For those venturing
out to sea, you’ll need to cross the sandbar at the river’s mouth, so take
caution while navigating through. Two small fish-cleaning tables are
conveniently located by the ramp, and the hose here is available for washing
down your boat after a day on the water.
Parking isn’t an issue
here, as there’s plenty of space for cars and trailers up on the road. Plus, a
waste disposal area and toilets are nearby for added convenience.
