Let the boat party begin! A bevy of spectacular boats have
assembled on the Gold Coast for this year’s highly anticipated 35th

Australia’s largest boat manufacturers will showcase
stunning global launches at the highly anticipated Southern Hemisphere’s
largest boat show.

102 new product launches, more than 330 exhibitors, 700-plus boats and over
2500 marine products to show visitors.
“We are very excited about the amazing line-up at SCIBS
2024,” he said. “Once again, our exhibitors and partners have come up with the
best of the best across luxury superyachts, to smaller recreational vessels and
personal watercraft (PWC), to fishing gear and an incredible variety of luxury
lifestyle products. We’re confident this will be a winning combination,
especially with new offerings such as our Lagoon Beach Club VIP experience.”
Horizon Yachts
Among the boats making their debut is the stunning FD80 from
leading yacht brand Horizon Yachts. Horizon Yachts Australia, Director Mark
Western says it is sure to attract the attention of those who imagine sailing
the ocean in a vessel that balances style and space with superyacht amenities.

a full beam flybridge with great entertaining space and a microbridge offering
the best of both worlds.
Yellowfin Boats
Setting the stage on Masthead Way, Sanctuary Cove, the brand
will debut an overhauled Extended
Cabin Range, formerly known as the Southerner. The Extended Cabin features the next generation of hull
design in the HD-R Hull and Inter-Lok core, delivering a more robust, stronger
design with increased stability, handling and responsiveness. The latest release in the Yellowfin lineup now signifies the next step in the brand's legacy.
An overhauled cabin design will now deliver up to 45% more
internal space, whilst a new dash fascia provides enhanced real estate for
electronics, allowing for a 19” and 16” sounder to fit side-by-side. EVA Matting also comes standard with all Extended Cabin models to
elevate the overall fit and finish of the floor, with its soft-touch comfort,
noise absorption, longevity in withstanding harsh marine conditions and sun
exposure, and overall enhanced look and feel.
The extensive list of model updates, new features and
options, also includes a new Live Bait Tank design for increased water flow, a revised
front window-wiper and cabin sliding window design for improved performance,
plus an all-new seat design and rail positions for enhanced ergonomics.
The Extended Cabin model range comes available in two sizes;
7m and 7.6m, with a person rating of up to 7, maximum horsepower of up to
300HP, and a fuel tank size of up to 380L.
