This 2-lane boat ramp is located at Lake Hamilton and is surrounded by 25 hectares of parkland. The lake has sandy beaches, BBQ and picnic facilities, as well as a walking and cycling track that circles the entire lake. A great place for kids to play and enjoy the park's playground. Anyone can participate in the Hamilton Park Run, a weekly 5km run around the lake free for anyone to participate.

Activities everyone can do on the lake are fishing, watersports activities, and swimming.

Camping is not permitted around Lake Hamilton. The boat ramp and its facilities are free to use.
