The Mary Street Lagoon
Boat Ramp, situated in Halls Head, approximately 75 km south of Perth, is
designed to provide a family-friendly environment for a day of boating
activities. This facility features a six-lane concrete boat ramp, which ensures
easy access for launching paddle craft and small motorboats into the estuary
lagoon.
The ramp is located in
a sheltered marina area with a shallow, sandy bottom, enhancing safety for
boaters. Additionally, there are four jetties available for convenient docking.
Vehicle access is also straightforward, allowing for easy backing into the water.
The adjacent car park
offers ample space for both cars and trailers. Amenities include a fish
cleaning station, public toilets, and benches for visitors' convenience. A
nearby reserve park offers opportunities for walking and enjoying the scenic
surroundings.
