Lastly, you don’t need anything heavy for dinner since your body will not be using much energy at night. So, try to eat something light such as white meat, sweet potato, and vegetables.

Swimming, sailing, game fishing, cleaning the boat can provide you with enough physical activity that will let you shed a few pound. Don't forget to incorporate exercise, such as stretching exercises and cardio in your boating activity to always stay nimble and fit.
